What a week for MICC School and for our MVPA students! 🌍⚖️ We are incredibly proud of our students who took part in an immersive international simulation linked to the Model International Criminal Court, where they stepped into the roles of judges, prosecutors, defence lawyers, and journalists. Throughout the week, students examined a complex human rights case, analysing evidence, constructing arguments, writing judicial verdicts, and reporting on proceedings with professionalism and integrity.
The MICC School project is a hands-on educational simulation that brings international law, justice, and ethics to life. Through structured trials, debates, and collaborative workshops, students explored themes such as accountability, human dignity, and the rule of law, while learning the importance of fairness, evidence-based reasoning, and respectful dialogue. This experience strengthened their critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and ethical judgement, while nurturing a strong sense of active global citizenship.
